At the beginning of his professional career (1996), he worked as a consultant for PA Consulting Group (now Futurestep–Korn/Ferry Company) for over three years in headhunting. In 2000, he joined Credit Suisse Private Banking Italy, initially as a recruiting specialist dedicated to developing the distribution network, and in 2003, as Sales Manager for the Private Banker network throughout Italy. Since 2006, he has worked as a manager at the Azimut Group, focusing on the company’s Private Banking project. As Head of Sales, he has actively contributed to the establishment and development of the Group’s Wealth Management division dedicated to HNWI clients. Since January 2013, he has worked at Valori Asset Management. Marco graduated from the University of Milan and received a diploma from the Liceo Classico “G. Parini” in Milan. He is passionate about skiing, basketball, and viticulture.
