After graduating in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, she began a career in Private Banking at Credit Suisse Italy, focusing on wealth management. She moved to Switzerland in 1999 and continued her work as a portfolio manager, becoming, after several years at Credit Suisse, Head of Investments at Banca Commerciale Lugano. She subsequently gained experience at other banks in Ticino, where, while continuously developing her management skills, she also enhanced her commercial expertise. Fabiola joined the team in December 2015, initially working at Valeur Fiduciaria SA in Lugano (now BG Aequitum) as a senior portfolio manager. She then moved to Luxembourg, where she held the position of Head of Investments at Valori Asset Management SA.
