Claude Noesen

DIRECTOR

Claude is an expert of alternative funds, particularly Hedge funds and alternative UCITS. Between 1998 and 2002 in the Bank of Bermuda, he was treasurer for Europe and Middle East as well as head of Foreign Exchange. In 2002 he became director of Commerce as administrator hedge funds. After working for the HSBC Luxemburg team in Relationship Management division, following the acquisition of the Bank of Bermuda, he was promoted to Commercial Development, Marketing and Product Management. In 2008 he joined Fortis Prime Fund Solutions in Luxemburg as Director of Commercial Area. In 2009 he became general manager of ABN Amro Fund Services Luxemburg and of its branch in Ireland. After ABN Amro Services was sold to Credit Suisse, he obtained role of commercial Area manager. He then became an independent director. He is from Luxemburg and speaks fluent English, French and German. He has also been active in the ALFI hedge funds group and has written numerous publications on hedge fund administration. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from INSEAD (Institut européen des affaires) in Corporate governance through the IDP-C International Directors program.
